The Barn at Piano Bridge Road is a late 1800's renovated barn with a large wooden deck on two sides at Ludvik's Place. The barn has a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The barn is available for events accommodating up to 100 people. The yard around the barn has a picturesque canape of large oak trees.


CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY
    Maximun occupancy 100 people
    Pets are not allowed
    No smoking permitted
    No firearms allowed
    Not responsible for injury or accidents
    Not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen articles or personal property
    Large covered tents are allowed
    Alcoholic beverages are also allowed, but it is your responsibility to monitor your guests. We are not responsible for any drunken behavior or mishaps which may occur
    Cleanup is the responsibility of the host/hostess and must be completed before check-out
    Trash pick-up will be provided, but all trash must be disposed of in the designated bins
    All broken glass must be picked up and discarded
    Please respect the property-you are asked not to alter the property in any way that will result in damage or permanent alterations to the existing premises
    Any engagement in illegal activities will result in you being asked to immediately leave the premisis
Rental for the barn is $330 basic set up for the day up to 50 people and $440 basic set up fee for the day up to 100 people. Rental is also available for china/silverware/glasseware/air coolers/heatlamps/miscellaneous decorating items.
A refundable damage deposit of $100 and taxes will be added to your bill.
Full payment is required by cash or check no later than two weeks prior to occupancy. If no damages occur, a full damage deposit refund will be made within one week. If damages occur, owner has the right to cancel refund or return only a portion of the damage deposit.

After you have booked your reservation, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the date of occupancy requested, any special requests and the total charges for you to review, sign and return with payment.
