Cancellation Policy

A deposit amount of one half of the stay is required to reserve a room. This is refundable up to a week before arrival, less a $45.00 cancellation fee. The balance will be refunded on the date of the cancellation by check or credit to your bank card. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, are non-refundable, but may be applied to a weekday stay within a 6 month period, less the $45.00 cancellation fee.

Special Notes

Rooms are priced per prairie night, double occupancy and include a bountiful breakfast. Additional guests are $45.00 per person. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. A 6% hotel occupancy tax must be added.
Seasonal rates apply during the Spring and Fall Antique Shows.
No children under the age of 12 please, as our guests come for tranquility
A two-night minimum is required for a weekend stay
Sunday-Thursday is available for a single night stay
Smoking is permitted in the outdoor rooms only
No pets please-we can arrange for boarding
Check- in is 3 p.m.- 6 p.m. - Check out is 11 a.m.
We prefer payment by check, credit cards are accepted
Gift Certificates are not valid during the Antique Shows. Gift Certificates must be used during one stay. There is no carry over credit.

Directions From Round Top Square (5.6 miles)

Head north on 237 to the flashing yellow light on the town square. Turn right , go to the next street, FM 1457, turn left and go about 5.5 miles , and turn left on Neumann Road. Neumann Road becomes Wagner Road. Stay straight and turn left at the entrance with the Outpost boulder, less than 0.5 mile on the left.
