Charming 2 room cottage built in the early 1900's in the middle of Fayetteville's National Historic District. Only 1 block to the town square, historic precinct house, 2 restaurants, grocery store and antique/gift shops. Comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom. Double hide-a-bed in the living area. Kitchen nook contains small refrigerator, coffee pot & makings, microwave,toaster and treats. Wine is included with 2 night stay. Come for one of Fayetteville areas' many special events or just enjoy the small town quiet in your own private photography gallery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required two weeks prior to check-in date. Before the 2 week cancellation period 60% of the deposit will be refunded; or 100% if another booking is secured. Full payment is due if reservations are cancelled within two weeks of reservation date.

Directions From Round Top Square (14 miles)

Take Hwy. 237 West to FM1291. Turn left on FM1291. Continue approximately nine miles to Fayetteville. Turn right on FM 159. Go 2 blocks & turn right on Church Street. Go one block. Turn left on Fayette Street. Our house is on the right and the Guesthouse is next door.
