2 story Texas Farmhouse built in 1915 located on almost an acre of land. The home is surrounded by large pecan trees and is elegantly furnished with antiques throughout the home. Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of half of the entire stay's charges. Regular stays - cancellations are 48 hours prior to arrival date. During Antique Shows, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.Deposit can be refunded only if cancellation is made before the final balance payment, less a $25 processing fee per room IF that room rents after your cancellation. No refunds will be made for any cancellation after the final balance payment.

Special Notes

With the exception of Antique Shows, rooms can be reserved with a private bath (outside your room) for an additional $25.00 per night. Bathrobes are available in all rooms for your convenience. A small refrigerator and microwave are accessible upstairs. All rooms have ceiling fans. A full breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. unless other arrangements are made. Special times are available for Antique Show and according to your itinerary.

Directions From Round Top Square (7 miles)

Take FM 237 to Spur 458 (approx. 4 miles from square / watch for road signs to Carmine), turn left. Follow until you reach Carmine. Go past the High School and look for the fork in the road by the City Park. Take the left side of the fork and follow to Heritage Haus located on the left. We are just 1/2 block past Carmine State Bank (which is on the right). If you miss the left turn on the park side, then pass Carmine State Bank and take the first left. You will then, again, be here.
