Cancellation Policy

Farmhouse Round Top is pleased to extend a 10% discount for stays of five or more nights (excluding Antique Show dates). A deposit of half of the stay is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancellations are made up to four weeks before arrival less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within those 30 days are non-refundable.

Special Notes

Rental is per farmhouse. You will have farmhouse to yourselves for duration of stay.

Directions From Round Top Square (7.5 miles)

From Square in Round Top, take FM 1457 for 7.5 miles. You will pass Nassau and Neuman roads. When cresting the next hill, you will see a barn on the right with a Texas Flag on the roof--5686 FM 1457. That is Farmhouse Round Top. If you reach intersection of FM 389, you have gone too far.
